Tico Retreat was born from a simple conviction: the most transformative travel happens when luxury serves nature, not the other way around. On Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula - one of the world's five Blue Zones - we found the perfect proving ground.

Every experience we curate follows the rhythms of the land. Surf sessions timed to the tide. Yoga at dawn when the howler monkeys call. Tennis in the cool of morning. Adventure that leaves the jungle better than we found it.

We source locally, build sustainably, and invest in the community that makes this place extraordinary. Our properties use reclaimed materials, rainwater harvesting, and solar power. Our guides are local experts who share a genuine reverence for the ecosystems they know intimately.
